? Develop and coordinate SCS AA activities and events with President, Communications Director, Treasurer, SCS Executive Director, and other SCS AA Executive Committee Members

? Develop and oversee Events Coordination Committee (if any is established)

? Organize key local and virtual activities/events (e.g. Networking Webinar sessions every 2 months, Alumni Mixer twice a year)

? Represent SCS AA to external parties associated with planning events and activities.

? Report on outcomes of events and activities during meetings or to specific audiences as necessary

? Attend monthly Executive Committee meetings and General AA meetings every 2 months

? Contribute to generating ideas and to execution of other AA initiatives (e.g. College Access Institute) as time permits and as needed

? Coordinates with Communications Director to make sure any necessary materials and items are available for any upcoming events

? Work with President to help plan, schedule and implement events; follows through to ensure events are prepared for ahead of time

? Help maintain relationships with any establishments the SCS AA uses during the course of the year.

? Develop relationships for potential upcoming SCS AA events (restaurants, schools, etc.)

? Dedicate at least 2-4 hours per week to complete duties
