Go to http://careers.mcmaster.ca/students/education-planning/virtual-resources/gpa-conversion-chart if your school operates on something OTHER than a 4.0 scale

List all awards, honors, and extracurricular activities.

Please list all scholarships, financial awards, grants, sources of income, etc. that you have applied for or been granted, other than those given as part of your financial aid package from the university you plan to attend. You must also submit a copy of the financial aid award letter from the university you plan to attend. This information will help us to determine your need above and beyond what is already covered by your financial aid package. (A scholarship from the SCGSF will not take away from your current financial aid packages.) Please indicate if these are renewable from one year to the next or are a one-time award (circle yes or no). These figures must be updated as additional awards are received and re-submitted on a yearly basis in order to continue to be considered for continuation of a scholarship from the South Central Gifted Scholar Fund.
