Stuart A. Liner is the co-founding and managing partner of Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Sunshine Regenstreif & Taylor LLP.
During his career, Stuart has represented some of the country?s largest companies with regard to business, commercial real estate and contingency litigation. He currently works with dedicated client teams established to handle the firm?s largest litigation matters in helping to set litigation strategy and conduct settlement negotiations. In this capacity, he has been involved in the settlement of claims worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
As managing partner, Stuart focuses on enhancing client relationships, developing the strategic direction of the firm, and attracting and retaining top legal talent to serve clients. Under his leadership, the firm has developed into a well-respected advisor to many Fortune 500 companies, including Hilton Hotels, Credit Suisse and Dow Chemical Company. At approximately 80 lawyers and two offices, Stuart has grown the firm to one of Los Angeles? largest law firms.
Prior to launching the firm, Stuart was a partner at Levinson, Miller, Jacobs & Phillips A.P.L.
