Randy Winston is President of Student Services for South Central Scholars. He is responsible for making first contact with the perspective scholars at the 31 High Schools we now service. He coordinates the college fairs, application and financial aid workshops we have throughout the year as well as on-site college visits. He develops close relationships with many of the scholars we assist. Randy Winston Graduated from George Fox College now known as George Fox University with a BA in Bible and Christian Ministries.
