Meredith Curry has participated in philanthropic and educational organizations throughout California, including the Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP), Gaining Early Academic Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP), and South Bay Center for Counseling (SBCC). She serves as a board member for the Women Development & Earth Foundation (WODEEF/USA), a nonprofit with the mission of serving women and children in rural areas of the Philippines.

She has a strong commitment to education, access, and representation for under-served youth both in the US and in the Philippines, and participates as a mentor and volunteer for the City of Los Angeles and the United Way.

Meredith graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2004 with a BA in English, spent her childhood in Manila, Philippines, and was raised in San Jose, CA. She is currently pursuing an MBA from California State University, Long Beach.
